Our services include digital asset management, secure custody solutions, and escrow services for both cryptocurrency and traditional assets, along with comprehensive compliance and reporting tools.
To use our services, you must register and create an account. You affirm that you are of legal age and have the authority to bind yourself or the organization you represent to these Terms. While Politeia Inc facilitates the processing of cryptocurrency transactions, the responsibility for the legality, reliability, integrity, and validity of any transaction rests solely with you and the service providers involved. Politeia Inc is not a party to the transactions processed through our platform and is not responsible for the execution or completion of any transaction.
You agree not to use the services provided by Politeia Inc in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Politeia Inc server, or the network(s) connected to any Politeia Inc server, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of any services provided by Politeia Inc.
All content included on our platform, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the site, is the property of Politeia Inc or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Politeia Inc provides its services "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the services will function uninterrupted or error-free.
Politeia Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if Politeia Inc has been advised of the possibility of such damages).
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
Politeia Inc reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
